CLE: Focusing on the Key Forms to Plan an Estate

Jayne and Jen are participating in two panel discussions today as part of Minnesota Continuing Legal Education’s Estate and Trust Half Day Seminars. The morning session focuses on the key forms to include in an estate plan and discusses the Maritalized Family Trust Will and the Maritalized Revocable Trust along with colleagues Michael Sampson and J. Steve Nys. The afternoon session is a panel discussion along with colleague, Ruthanne Hedstrom Vos, examining other key forms in the estate plan including Powers of Attorney, Beneficiary Designations including the Revocable Trust for Retirement Plan Benefits form, Health Care Directives, and the pros and cons of retitling assets when using a Revocable Trust.
