Sykora & Santini Present as Part of Minnesota CLE’s DWTA Forms Series

Jayne Sykora and Jennifer Santini recently contributed to Minnesota CLE’s December program, “Drafting Wills and Trust Agreements Forms Series: A Review of Every Chapter." The program took place in December and focused on practical estate planning, drafting issues, and client considerations in the practice area.

Jen participated in a panel that focused on estate planning fundamentals, including the client intake process, selecting the most appropriate type of Will for different clients and situations, the importance of the marital deduction, and estate tax considerations.

Jayne moderated two panels, which covered topics such as the use of joint versus single revocable trusts, the importance of pour-over Wills, considerations for drafting irrevocable trusts, and practice pointers for mysterious clauses.

Both Jen and Jayne serve on the Drafting Wills and Trust Agreements Deskbook Committee.
