Sykora & Santini Present in MN CLE Instruction Series

Jayne Sykora and Jennifer Santini participated in two Minnesota Continuing Legal Education seminars as presenters this month, drawing on their expertise in Minnesota CLE’s Practical Estate Planning and Drafting Instruction series.

In a presentation on Tuesday, December 3rd, Jayne provided instruction in a lecture entitled “Drafting for Married Couples with Young Children.” Maggie L. Green from Donohue Green Law Office, PLLC, Diana L. Marianetti from Maslon LLP, and Seth A. Nielsen from Hayley, Duncan & Melander, PLLC co-presented with Jayne.

On Tuesday, December 10th, both Jayne and Jennifer presented on “Drafting for Unmarried Individuals or Couples.” They were joined by their colleagues J. Steve Nys of Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick, P.A. and Ruthanne Hedstrom Vos of Mathison & Vos PLLC.

Both Jayne and Jennifer have been involved with Drafting Wills and Trust Agreements since 2015 and are included as authors on the Drafting Wills and Trust Agreements with eFormbook, 8th Edition, which was published in November.
