Jayne Presents on Irrevocable Trusts at the Probate and Trust Conference

On June 14, Jayne presented on irrevocable trusts at the 2022 Probate & Trust Conference, Minnesota’s annual gathering for probate and estate planning attorneys. Specifically, Jayne taught about what irrevocable trusts are, why certain individuals should consider using them, and how to go about creating one. Jayne also discussed revocable trusts that become irrevocable at the grantor’s death.
