Sykora & Santini Give CLE on Starting Your Own Law Firm

Minnesota CLE recently put on a seminar titled “How to Start and Build Your Law Practice.” The event discussed the necessary tools to be a successful and ethical lawyer and entrepreneur.

Jayne and Jen were able to participate in the seminar and gave a presentation titled “Solo Isn’t Your Sole Option,” which outlined the pros and cons of starting a firm with one or more other attorneys. They also discussed strategies for finding good law partner(s) and dealing with management, government, and compensation issues that often arise in new multi-attorney firms.
