Minnesota CLE invited numerous experienced estate lawyers to present and provide practical tips on advanced topics in estate administration. Jayne and Jen gave a presentation on best practices when a decedent owns real property in multiple jurisdictions and the options for ancillary proceedings under Minnesota law compared to alternatives such as joint tenancy, transfer on death deeds, life estates, revocable trusts and entities.
